INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillets cut in short strips1 small onion cubedA mix of red, yellow and green peppers cubed2cups cabbage 2 tomatoes liquidised 1 ½ teaspoon Portuguese chicken spice½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon haldi 2 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic Nando’s mild sauce Nando’s bushveld sauceNando’s Mozambique paprika sauce
METHOD
Braise onions in butter until translucent, add in chicken and spices and cook till done. Add in veggies and let cook a little and then a whole bottle of Nando’s mild, half a bottle of mozam paprika and a spoon of Nando’s bushveld. Let it cook until done Served with yellow tastic rice ( boil tastic rice in salt and haldi)
INFO & TIPS
For a stronger taste add Nando’s hot instead of mild
