Slice 2 or 3 punnets strawberries into a deep serving bowl and keep aside
Sago:¾ c sago6 c waterBoil above until sago turns clear
1 Cup water1 Cup sugarBoil above syrup together and add to sagoBoil combined mixtures together for a few minutes then allow to cool slightly Add to strawberries and allow to set in the fridge (preferably overnight)
Cream:1L milk5 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)Boil bring milk to a boil adding in the maizena (corn flour) paste (make a paste with a bit of milk and maizena (corn flour) - add this to milk) until a thick custard consistency is formed - cool a bit
1 1/2 Cup sugar1 can ideal milk (chilled)1 can nestle dessert cream(chilled)Liquidize above and add to custard Whisk well together then chill
Serve chilled alongside the 🍓

I added in 1/4t vanilla bean powder to the custard
