1 & ½ chicken cut & washed Marinate with:1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon paprika¼ teaspoon tumeric ¼ teaspoon saffron 2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons creamy mayonnaise 4 tablespoons yogurt1 sachet tomato paste Salt to taste Marinate for about 1 hour. Add 2 tablespoons oil and a small piece of butter to pot. Add chicken and cook on low heat with about ½ cup water. Must be saucy and creamy. Serve with mango juice and puris. So yum.
