1 kg Chicken fillet (cubed) 1 medium onion (sliced) 2 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons Aminas wonder spice butter chicken masala ¾ cup maas 2 tablespoons tomato paste ½ cup fresh cream
In a pot heat oil and ghee (Clarified butter), add in onions and braise till pinkish. Add in chicken and braise for about 1 minute. Add in maas, masala and tomato paste. Allow to cook for +- 20 minutes. Add in fresh cream and allow to simmer for +- 5 minutes.
