INGREDIENTS
2 chicken fillet pieces cubed2 packets of Maggi noodlesHalf onion chopped Half tomato chopped Half green, red or yellow pepper chopped Half carrot jullien The chicken should be marinated in the following:Crushed garlicChicken spiceAromat (a South African Spice)Durban curry spiceCayenne pepperRed chillie spicethen cooked in a little oil and a tablespoon of butterFor the sauce in a separate bowl add:tablespoon Honey1 tbspSteers peri sauce 1 teaspoon Nandos garlic sauce1bsp Barbecue sauce Half fresh cut ChilliMix the spaces together set aside
METHOD
Boil the 2 packets of noodles on a stove and drain water when noodles are ready Cook marinated chicken in a little oil and 1 tablespoon butter.In a separate big pan sautee the veggies in a little salt pepper Aromat (a South African Spice) and barbecue spice.(add very little of each spice.)Add noodles and chicken to sautèd veggies and add sauces mix.Cook till combined and garnish with Danya and dried red chillies
