INGREDIENTS
1 cup smooth apricot jam
pinch of salt
dried red chillies to taste
brown vinegar
2-3 cloves garlic
METHOD
Pound chilies, garlic & salt together then add to
jam. Add vinegar gradually until pouring
consistency. If chutney is too sour, add more jam.
