125g butter or baking magerine 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 4 tablespoon Golden syrup 2 tablespoon ginger powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon bicarb ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ cup flour
METHOD
Pre heat oven to 150c Cream sugar and butter.Add in egg and golden syrup Mix well making sure sideds are scrapped down. Add in all dry ingredients and allow to form a dough.
Line baking sheet with baking paper. Make about teaspoon sizes ballsLeave room they do spread.
Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden They will be soft when they come out but harden after Sprinkle sugar ontop while warm
