Whisk together:🥚 2 eggs until frothyAdd ½ cup sugar and beat until fluffyThen mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla
Sift and fold in:1 cup flourA pinch of saltA pinch of baking powder
Transfer the smooth batter into a piping bag and pipe tiny circles onto a lined tray — about the size of a 50c coin 💰
Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes (or 160°C thermofan for 12 minutes) until edges are golden.
✨ These biscuits taste like mini cake rusks — dunk them in tea and they turn into soft, boudoir-style bites! ☕💛
