INGREDIENTS
olive oil 2 tablespoononion, finely chopped 1carrot, peeled and finely diced 1Green peas ½ cupgarlic paste 1 teaspoontomato paste 3 tablespooncrushed red chili flakes 1 teaspoondried oregano 1 teaspoonsaltBlack Pepper 1 teaspoonMince beef/ mutton 300gmsChicken cube 1Macroni / spaghetti pasta 1 cupCornstarch 1 tablespoon
METHOD
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-low heatAdd onion, garlic, carrot and green peas and cook until soft and caramelized. Add tomato paste, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt and black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.Add mince and cook on high flame stirring constantly till it changes colour and water dries up. Add 3 glasses of water and a chicken cube, bring to boil and add pasta to it.Cook for about 10 minutes till pasta is cooked and soup thickens. Add slurry of 1 tablespoon cornstarch if required. Dish out. Garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese and spring onions.
