INGREDIENTS
1kg mixed veg90g butter (or more)Salt & pepper (to taste)200g spaghetti (boiled)Springroll pastry (TYJ)Lai (water flour paste)
METHOD
1. In a pan, melt your butter, then add in veg.2. Season really well with salt & pepper.3. Cook till the veg is nice & tender.4. Chop spaghetti, then add to cooled filling.5. Fill into springrolls & seal. (Freezer suitable now). #whenruhanacooks#mamataughtmewellrecipes
INFO & TIPS
Note: If you'd like to adult it up, saute sliced onion in oil, add in diced pepper, add in mixed veg, butter, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 Tbsp garlic paste, salt, pepper, green chillies to taste. Cook till veg is tender. Add in chopped spaghetti & spring onions when cooled. Fill.
