INGREDIENTS
250g butter1/2 Cup caster sugar1/2 Cup icing sugar1/4c oil1/2 Cup cornflour1/2 Cup almonds chopped1 teaspoon vanilla essence2 Cup flour or enough to make a soft dough
Burfee icing:
80g milkybar2 teaspoon milk powder/klimDrop of rose essence1 teaspoon oil
METHOD
Cream butter and sugarsAdd oil and vanillaAdd in cornflour and remaining ingredients to make a doughBake at 140 for 15min*Once cooled, dip half the biscuit in burfee chocolate and sprinkle almonds over
Burfee icing:Melt chocolate then mix in remaining ingredients
INFO & TIPS
baked at 160 until done
Left out the icing and dusted with icing sugar
