INGREDIENTS
1 can garbanzo beans / chickpeas (drained &
liquid reserved)
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
METHOD
Combine the beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil.
Blend on low, gradually adding the reserved beans
liquid, until desired consistency is achieved.
INFO & TIPS
Serve as a starter , with oven-warmed pita bread
and fresh vegetable chunks. Best served before a
meat dish.
