My Version Jerky Chicken & flavourful🍗🍗🍗one Traybake😋
INGREDIENTS
1x Whole Chicken, cleaned & cut.. RUB... Garlic on chickenSEPERATE BOWL:1 & ¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)½ teaspoon Paprika¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper¼ teaspoon Black Pepper1x teaspoon Portuguese Spice1x teaspoon Tandoori SpiceSprinkle of Chilli Flakes4x teaspoon Oil3x Onions, cut into halves1x Green Pepper, choppedCrispy skin & tons of flavor leftover chicken delicious on wraps for lunchbox ideas👍
METHOD
Mix all the spices & set it aside... Add the oil on the chicken firstly & then rub in all your spices. Line a baking tray with oil toss in the chicken you can add in any veggies you like... Bake @180 degrees for approx. 35 minutes , depending on your oven. Served with Naan/ Roti & roasted potatoes...... This chicken has lots of flavor!Add oil to your baking dish, only add 4 teaspoon before adding the chicken to the tray

Add this on fish as well🐠Add the spices to & airtight jar when needed, double the amount of spices if you prefer👍
