INGREDIENTS

1kg chops1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon garlic flakes/fine crushed garlic1 teaspoon steak and chop spice1 teaspoon BBQ spice1/4c Mrs balls chutney1 tablespoon Worcestershire/BBQ sauce1 tablespoon honey 3 tablespoon brown sugarJuice of ½ lemonGreen masala according to taste

METHOD

Marinate chops in above Cook on stivetop until done then grill in oven until browned Alternatively, these could be grilled on a braai (bbq)

INFO & TIPS

This recipe can be used for steak or ribs as well
