5-6 Cups Cake Flour,sifted twice... ¼ teaspoon Sugar1 & ½ teaspoon Salt½ Cup Butter, melted¼ Cup Oil3x Cups Boiling Water Served with Mince Curry or your Mango artchaar on the side & Spicy Papadamus

Mix everything with your hands or you can add it too your food processor.Knead for 5 - 8 minutes max on the counter top... Or 6 minutes on medium in your food processor!!!If you mixture to wet add more flour. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Before frying.... The mixture mustn't stick too your hands. Roll out into small balls, each roti ball fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, only flipping once. Drizzle oil in the frying pan just before frying your roti's(optional)...
