INGREDIENTS
2 eggs1 cup caster sugar4 tablespoon butter melted (I used oil)1 Cup buttermilk/sour milk 2 teaspoon vanilla
4c flour4 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon bicarb1/2 teaspoon salt
Glaze Icing sugar Milk
METHOD
Beat together the wet ingredients (first 5)Add in sifted dry ingredients Form a soft doughRoll out, cut and fry in medium hot oil until golden
Glaze:Beat together adjusting to getbthe desired consistency Dip doughnuts in Glaze and top with sprinkles

Syrup
1c sugar
1c water
1 cinnamon stick
Boil until slightly sticky about 15mins
You could dip the doughnuts in syrup and roll in coconut, I opted to make a Glaze and top with sprinkles
