1kg chick minceBraise in a little butter with salt, lemon pepper, green chilli, little dhana and jeeru (cumin) Separately braise 1 tin whole kernel corn, 3 grated carrots1 green pepperThen add to the mince pot and put back on heat Mix ½ cup of maizena (corn flour) with ½ cup water 2 tblp vinegar Garlic Little soy 2 big spoons of mayonnaise And 2 big spoons of coriander and chillie sauce Cool till thickened
Chinese vermicelli noodles U boil and out in (I use like a good handful not too much) And add dhania (coriander) when cooled.
