3 Cup flour1 teaspoon salt3 teaspoon instant yeast (1 sachet/10g)
Mix above together
1/2 Cup warm milk1/2 Cup warm water1/4c oil1 teaspoon sugar
Beat above and add to flour mixture. Add more warm water if necessary to form a soft doughAllow to rise in a warm place for 2 hours or until doubled in sizeMake 12 balls, roll out into side plate size discsFry on thawa with ghee (Clarified butter) until light brown on both sides
