Creamy Coconut Steak

INGREDIENTS

500g steakSaltBBQ spiceSteak and chops spiceMustard powderGreen masalaGarlicWhite pepper Worcestershire sauce
1 onion chopped3 tablespoon butter1/2 Cup coconut milk1/8c fresh cream or milk

METHOD

Allow steak to marinate for about 3 hoursMelt butter in a pan, Saute onion until soft Add steak amd cook till tender Add in coconut milk and cream and cook until combined, about 5mins

INFO & TIPS

Serve with pasta, rice or naan
