INGREDIENTS

170g butter - melted1 Cup brown sugar1/2 Cup icing sugar1 teaspoon vanilla1 egg + 1 egg yolk2 Cup flour1&1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt200g chocolate chopped

METHOD

Add melted butter to a bowl, adding in the sugars and mixing well. Add in vanilla and mix againOnce mixture has cooled Add in eggs and beatAdd the flour until just combined and last mix in the chocolate Form into balls and bake at 180 until golden - about 15mins depending on your oven
