500g row haleem mix 500g chicken,Mutton or beef 300g onion chop 1 ½ tablespoon green chili paste 1 ½ tablespoon ginger paste 1 ½ garlic paste 1 teaspoon turmeric Salt to taste 5 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon cumin 1 /2 teaspoon mace½ teaspoon cloves2 stick cinnamon2 black big cardamom 2 tej Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon cloves2 star anise Fry onion Mint leaves Coriander leave Haleem mix spice 4 tablespoon Charcoal for smoke
METHOD
Haleem mix row put in the water at night .Then in the morning boil it in pressure cooker add 2 cup water and salt.After that grend it in the grander anx put a side .Then take your chicken,Mutton or beef and put in a pressure cooker and add everything that is in the ingredient beside charcoal , haleem mix spice , coriander mint leaves,fry onion and oil then add 1 ½ cup water then u must see if the chicken,Mutton or beef is done if not then add more water .Then take anther pot and add oil and the boil haleem mix and let it cook them take your chicken,Mutton or beef and add it then mix everything well and let it cook if u need water then add then add the haleem mix spice and u can put the mint leaves and coriander leave on the haleem for decorations .Then take your charcoal and put it under the fire and then put on the haleem and add little oil for smoke and cover it .
