500g Peeled wheat50g chana dhaal2 teaspoon mixture of (cinnamon, peppercorns,elichi and saunf)1 teaspoon dry ginger powderSalt to taste 100g onions1kg Meat/Chicken2 tablespoon ginger2 tablespoon garlic1 tb Chilli paste2 teaspoon Chilli crush2 teaspoon Home made garam masala1 tb jeera powderCrush garlic and 1 onion for wagar + ghee (Clarified butter)/oil1 bunch dhania (coriander)1 bunch mint
METHOD
Marinate meat for 2 hours in above with masalas, and cook till done.Boil wheat and dhall (lentils) and whole masalas... liquidize,Add the greens and wagaar, Boil!
