RECIPE

Cardamom custardJameela Sayed
Step 1:2&1/2 Cup milk2 Cup fresh cream 2 cardamom pods1 small can cardamom milk (optional)*
Add to a saucepan and bring to a boil stirring continuously. Remove cardamom pods before adding custard mixture

Step 2:3/4c sugar4 tablespoon custard powder2 tablespoon klim/milk powder1 teaspoon cardamom powder1 drop egg yellow coloring1/4c water
Combine together then add to boiling milk mixture.Allow to come to a boil. Remove from heat, pour into serving bowls Serve chilledDecorate with fresh fruit or jelly
