1. Sift Flour, Icing Sugar and Baking Powder2. Grate in butter and rub to form breadcrumbs3. Beat egg with sour milk and vanilla essence4. Mix the egg and flour mixture to form a soft dough. Add more sour milk if needed.5. Roll out and cut. Brush the top with beaten egg or sprinkle with flour.6. Bake at 190°Cup for 12-15 minutes till golden
