Toasted Almond & Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

Golden Cloud cake mix ingredients as per box 1 tin nestle cream2 slabs Cadbury plain chocolate (use chocolate of your choice)Sliced almonds (use as mush as you like)

METHOD

Prepare and Bake cake as per box instructions.
Let the cake cool and then ice both layers. Sandwich the layers.
Melt chocolate on stove top on medium heat. Once melted add cream, mix till combined well. Take it off the stove and let the ganache settle for a minute.
Pour ganache over cake.
Toast almonds prior to making the ganache. Sprinkle almonds over the cake.
