2 and ½ cups of Milk¼ cup Corn Flour ⅓ cup Sugar ½ cup Nido 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon Rose Essence Pinch of cardamon powder
METHOD
Mix all the above and cook in a saucepan on medium heat till thick and smooth( Continue whisking to avoid lumps). Pour in desired serving bowls and garnish with pistachio and rose petals. Serve chilled.
