Chocolate Brownies

INGREDIENTS

125g butter1 cup sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence½ cup flour6 tablespoon cocoa½ cup chopped pecans ½ cup chopped chocolate/ choc chips

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat further.Mix in rest of ingredients and pour into greased baking pan. Batter will be very thick Bake @ 180° about 30 minutes till side look browned. May be bit wobbly in center.Cut and dust with icing sugar when cool.Fits perfectly in large marinex bowl.
