3 tablespoon butter heaped1 cup sugar3 eggs1 & Β½ cup flour2 & Β½ teaspoon baking powderΒΌ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla essence ΒΌ cup milk1 x 385g tin Pie Apples
Syrup:
1 cup milkΒ½ cup sugarΒ½ tablespoon butterΒ½ teaspoon caramel essence
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar well together.Add eggs in 1 at a time. Fold in dry ingredients alternately with liquids. Empty batter into a greased Pyrex. Thinly slice an apple & mix with abt a teaspoon of Lemon juice. Arrange apple slices on the top.
Bake @ 180Β° for 30/40min
Bring all the syrup ingredients to a boil. Poke few holes through your tart with a skewer & pour syrup over. Serve warm with ice cream, dessert cream or Custard... Enjoy ππ€
