1 cup pea dhall (lentils)1 cup oil dhall (lentils)1 teaspoon tumericBoil till soft and mushyBlend with stick blender till smoothIn a separate pot Braise one large onion with 1 tablespoon whole Jeeru (Cumin), 1 whole cinnamon stick, few Elachi (cardomom) podsAdd 1kg chicken cubes1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 tablespoon garam masala1 tablespoon chicken spice1 tablespoon chillie powder or more to your preference Half cup yoghurt, cook till chicken is half done then add 3 liquidized tomatoes and cook till thick and reduced.. Mix with dhall (lentils), blend a few times to shred chicken, add salt, chillies and some dhana Jeeru (Cumin) for tasteTop with fried onion and chopped greens (optional)
