RECIPE
Sift The Dry ingredients Below:4 cups Cake flour1 level teaspoon saltADD LITTLE BY LITTLE+- 375 ml normal Tap water or little by little Mix to a slightly soft dough not too soft cover with little oil leave covered for 5- 10 minutesDivide dough into 10 small ballsRoll out disc pile 4 by brushing each IN BOTH SIDES with Oil Well and Sprinkling well with flour also make sure so that it dont get stuck once baked Now Roll out the 4 discs into a large Square Grease the TrayPlace the Dough on the Tray Trim the uneven Edges LIGHTLY Brush Top of the Dough with Oil Bake at 200* for +- 3-5 minutes or Until it Baloons or Bubbles up Quickly peel off each pastry whilst hot and keep it covered
MICROWAVE IT FOR 3-4 minutesImmediately Seperate the doughPile them again on each and then Cut the Strips like 5.5 or 6cm (4 finger width)and Cover with Wet ClothReady to Fill +- 6-7 doz Samoosas

For Springrolls
Can do on a griddle / Tawa like you do for Rotis ( I use the Oven ) use same method only cut 16cm (8inch ) squares
