RECIPE
Sift The Dry ingredients Below:4 cups Cake flour1 teaspoon saltADD LITTLE BY LITTLE+- 375 ml COLD waterMix to a slightly Stiff TO Soft dough leave covered for 30 minutesDivide dough into 12 small ballsRoll out disc pile 4 by brushing each IN BOTH SIDES with Oil Well and Sprinkling well with flour also make sure so that it dont get stuck once baked Now Roll out the 4 discs into a large Square Grease the TrayPlace the Dough on the Tray Trim the uneven Edges LIGHTLY Brush Top of the Dough with Oil Bake at 180* for 5 minutes or Until it Baloons or Bubbles up
MICROWAVE IT FOR 3-4 minutesImmediately Seperate the doughPile them again on each and then Cut the Strips and Cover with Wet ClothReady to Fill
