500g ButterMelt in Pot with tuj (cinnamon stick), Elachi (cardomom) Pods,Add Sultanas (Optional) Almonds etcAdd500g Semolina or Tastee WheatBraise well till it changes a bit of colourAdd 2 cups milkMix well keep stirringNow Add in a seperate Bowl 2 Cups Milk again 1 cup sugar (Careful not zo add extra as you will be adding condensed milk) 2 well beaten Eggs1 lid Egg yellow Robertsons Food ColourAdd 1x 385g Can of Condensed MilkMix all together Add to the soji (semolina)Keep on High to Medium heat on Stove Add little Crushed Elachi (cardomom) Keep stirring to Avoid ScortchingAdd Saffron strands (Optional Saffron Essence)Lastly Add 1 x 290g Can of NestleDessert CreamMix well Stir well to a Smooth Soft Rich textureWhen done Sprinkle some Crushed Elachi (cardomom)Decorate with Almonds Cashew Nuts..
