INGREDIENTS
CAKE
125g butter – softened
¼ cup milk
¼ cup orange juice
2 eggs
1 ½ cups sifted Self Raising Flour
¾ cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
ICING
1 ½ cups icing sugar
⅓ cup butter
2 tablespoon orange juice
½ teaspoon fine orange zest
METHOD
Combine all cake ingredients and beat for app 3 minutes
Pour into 20cm loaf or ring tin
Bake at 180 degrees C for app 30 – 40 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Icing
Cream together the icing ingredients and ice CAKE
- decorate with extra orange zest
