INGREDIENTS
2pc chicken fillet (cubed)1 x large onion 3 x tomatoes 1 x large green chilli (whole)1 dessert spoon of oil1 x cinnamon stick1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 ½ teaspoon dhana 1 teaspoon sugar ¼ teaspoon Tumeric 1 ½ teaspoon Curry powder (optional)1 pack Green beans
METHOD
COOK THE CHICKEN1. Braise onions in oil, add Jeeru (Cumin), cinnamon stick and large green chilli2. Once the onions are golden, add in the chicken cubes and braise until done.3. Liquidise/ grate the tomatoes, add it in along with all the remaining spices4. Let the chicken with tomato cook on low for +/- 10 minutes
GREEN BEANS1. Clean and slice the green beans to desired shape2. After the chicken and tomato are well cooked , add in the beans 3. Top up with water until everything is almost covered- cook for further 35 minutes 4. Enjoy :)
