RECIPE
2 tablespoon butter Taj Elachi (cardomom) 2 cups vermicelli Allow to roast on a low flame. Add in 2 cups boiling water Cool on low till soft.Add in 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Simmer on low.Wen almost evaporated switch off heat.Stir and garnish with edible flowers or colored badam (almond)
