INGREDIENTS
110g Unsalted Butter, 1 Cup Sugar¾ Cup Cocoa Powder2x Large EggsPinch of Salt1 xTsp Vanilla Essence½ Cup Cake Flour, sifted... ¼ teaspoon Baking powder, optional*Handful of chopped walnuts or a pecan nuts, optional.... 4 - 5 teaspoon Nutella Spread, melted in microwave for 30 secs...or Malva Slab Chocolate or Beacon Cookie & Cream Slab Chocolate(melted)...
Add any topping :Oreo, Caramel Chocolate, Marshmallows, Peppermint Chocolate, Astros, Sour worms, Smarties & Sprinkles etc..or Vanilla or Bar-One Ice-cream!!!or njoy Brownie on its own.
Makes 20( Mini Brownie Squares)* Double the ingredients too make larger Brownies*
METHOD
In small pot add the butter, sugar & melt for 2 minutes on the stove top... Add the cocoa & mix well & cook for 1 minute. Cool down for 5 minutes.. Pour in the vanilla essence & beat the eggs with a hand mixer(add one at a time)... Then add in your cake flour & nuts of choice & mix... *I didn't add any baking powder in this recipe!!! The mixture mustn't be runny it must be a thick batter. Line your baking tray with foil or some parchment paper. Butter your dish with butter firstly &Bake @ 180 degrees for 25mins.Prick with a toothpick to see if the batter comes out clean... & moist & gooey!! Set in the fridge for 1 hour to rest. Cut into squares & drizzle with nutella or decorate it with nuts or choc chips *Njoy👍
