RECIPE
1 leg washed and cleaned and make slitsAdd :Add pieces of garlic in slits.
Make Marinade with :3 tablespoon crushed black pepper 3 tablespoon crushed green chillies 2 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon. Rosemary1 tablespoon. Origanum 2 tablespoon crushed ginger and garlic Salt to tasteMix well with ¼ cup oil.
Marinate the leg in oven tray. Inject pomegranate juice into slits as well. Cover oven tray with foil.Put on braai (bbq) stand to cook.. Checking every 15 minutes. Add water if required.
Once almost done add veges to tray and leave to cook.Once grilled properly, remove and ready to eat.
Veggies Carrots, potatoes, red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and onions. Spice with salt, pepper, origanum and grate lemon rind over.
