INGREDIENTS
PIZZA DOUGH:3 & ½ Cups Cake Flour, sifted.. 1 teaspoon Salt2xTsp Yeast2x teaspoon Oil1 / ¼ Cup lukewarm Water
Toppings:1x Cup Cheddar Cheese½ Cup Green Peppers, chopped½ Cup Tomoto SauceMixed Herbs... 400g Viennas, cut into pieces...
Polony or Cold Meats..
Sauce:½ Cup Onion, 4x Tomotoes, cut into cubes... 1x Green ChillieSalt to tastePinch of Sugar...Lemon Pepper Spice to taste or BBQ Spice
METHOD
SAUCE:In a small pot add the onions & fry until golden brown. Add in the green chillie & tomotoes chopped... Fry for 10 minutes. Add the spices & sugar and cook until the sauce in thick. Cool down completely.
PIZZA DOUGH:In a mixing bowl, add in all dry ingredients then add the oil & rub with the fingers for 2 minutes. Add the lukewarm water & mix well. Transfer the pizza dough to another bowl & set aside to rise for 30 - 40 minutes. Rollout into rounds shapes & bake in 180 degrees oven for 15 - 20 minutes... Depending on your oven!
Top with the Sauce & tomoto sauce & your choice of toppings you like..
Viennas & Cheese & Green Pepper or Tomoto slices or Onions,Mixed Herbs.BBQ Sauce, lastly on top before baking in the oven... on your pizza!Served it with a mixed salad & fries on the side
INFO & TIPS
Tip : Prick holes with a fork, lightly on top of the pizza shapes, before baking!
Also freezes well... If you make mini ones!
