#Lemon essence brings out the Flavour, tastes devine☺️
1 & ¼ Cup Cake Flour, sifted¾ Cup Castor Sugar or Grandulated Sugar, 5x tablespoon Cocoa powder¼ teaspoon Coffee2 teaspoon Baking powderPinch salt2 Eggs, beaten... 250 ml Boiling/Water30 ml Milk½ teaspoon Lemon essence¼ Cup Oil
In a Mug... add the boiling/water,then add in your coffee & cocoa powder, & stir well..Then in a mixing bowl add in your eggs, sugar & beat until light & creamy... then add in the oil, beat well for 2 minutes... Add the rest of dry ingredients & the wet ingredients! Pour into muffin cups & bake for 15 - 18 minutes @190 degrees.Decorate with Nutella & lemon zest. Served with Ice-Cream & Coffee on the side.
