INGREDIENTS
125g butter
250ml sugar
2 eggs
5ml vanilla essence
500ml flour
5ml baking powder
3ml bicarb of soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 can nestle dessert cream soured with 2tbl lemon juice
125ml chopped peacan nuts
125ml sugar
15ml cinnamon
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180degrees
cream the butter & sugar together
add the eggs & vanilla , beat well
Sift dry ingredents together and add to batter with the soured
cream
Mix peacan nut cinnamon & sugar together
pour half the batter into the prepared pan , spinkle with half
the cainnamon mixture then pour remaining batter over.
spinkle rest of the cannamon mixture over batter
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes
