Make vagaar with:1 big onion(grated)Whole jeerooIn a little oil...braize till golden...In a bowl add chicken fillet cubesPotato cut in foursCarrots cut in circlesSweet potato cutCabbage cutGreen beans(I used frozen)Any veggies of choice..or in season...Add:1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon red chillies1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)(turmeric)Sprinkle of ground black pepper½ cup sour milk/yoghurt2 liquidised tomatoes2 tablespoon tomato pasteMix all together...add to pot...and leave to cook..adding water if necessary...cut up fresh greens...and serve...enjoy...
