INGREDIENTS
1 &½ cup nespray4 teaspoon semolina 4 teaspoon butter/ghee (Clarified butter)4 teaspoon flour1 and ¼ teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs
Syrup:3 cups water1&½ cup sugar ¾ Elachi (cardomom)
METHOD
Gulab jamun syrupIn a pot add the water , sugar and Elachi (cardomom) pieces and allow to water to become a not too thick and not too watery syrup
Balls:Mix all the dry ingredients together Whisk the eggsAdd a little bit of eggs to the dry ingredients and form into small balls [not too sticky]cook in medium heated oil till brownRemove from oil and place in the syrup (preferably hot syrup) And keep moving the pot for 10/15 minutes so the balls soak up the syrup.ENJOY❤
