METHOD
Prepare jelly as per packet instructions and allow to set Add dessert cream to a bowl and sweeten with icing sugar to taste To layer the trifle Cut the cake in small cubes and place at the bottom of your serving bowl.Soften the cake with a little syrup from the tin fruits Pour the sweetened dessert cream over the cake ensuring you fully cover the cake Next add the tinned fruit Spoon over the set jelly Top with some more dessert cream Finally add a layer of custard Decorate with peach slices and crumbled flake
