Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin). Add in 1½ cups liquidised tomatoes Salt Chilli powder arad (Turmeric) Dhana jeeroo garam masala 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 6 potatoes cut in ¼s.1 cup mixed Veggies or veggies of choice.Add in 2 cups water. Cook till most of the water has evaporated. Add in 2 cups washed basmati rice. Cook on stove top till almost dryish.Steam in oven on 180 for 25 minutes.Serve with dahy and salads
