INGREDIENTS
125gr butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
3 teaspoon ginger powed
2 tablespoon Golden syrup
2 teaspoon b.I soda
2 ½ cups Self raising flour
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar add egg ,
golden syrup and dry ingredients.
make balls then dip in to sugar.
Allow for speading bake @ 180 till
golden brown .
