My Creamy Style
RECIPE
500 g Kilm or Nespray milk powder60 g melted butter ¼ can nestle dessert or use fresh cream Mix all of the above in a food processorRemove and place in a dishAdd2- 3 tablespoon Finely ground AlmondsMix all well together Keep aside Make a Syrup see below
SYRUP: 1 and ¾ cup sugar 1 cup water (may use Rose water then Omit the rose essence)¼ Can nestle cream½ Cup Milkfew drop of rose essence
Make a slightly thickish syrup Watch as this syrup thickens quickly
(Keep a little if syrup aside in a cup to use in case it's a bit dry
In the same syrup pot add all the Klim or Nespray mixture mix well now add little freshly ground Elachi (cardomom)Cook on stove for 2min
(Check texture and add the rest of the syrup if necessary)
I do this tip as sometimes the mixture is too soft
Pour it in a foiled casserole or pipe in mini foil cups or cut shapes
Garnish Almonds of choiceAnd small pinch of Elachi (cardomom) And Sparkling dust if you prefer or edible rose
