INGREDIENTS
1 tin salmon
350g mashed potatoesor more
grated zest of ½ lemon or as desired
1- 2 green chillies Finely chopped
1clove garlic (pounded)
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
1 small onion (finely chopped or grated)
freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Mix everything together. Shape into patties, dip
in flour & place in a baking pan.Add some oil in
pan, enough to cover bottom parts of fishcakes.
Bake @ 180*C till golden. Turn patties & bake till
done.
