(Makes 4-6 small servings) Ingredients 1 onion 🧅 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) 1 punnet mushrooms - sliced or button (I usually buy button and slice them myself) 4 cloves garlic 🧄 ½ cup milk (+/-) depending how thick/watery you want your sauce. 1 teaspoon flour Salt Pepper Mixed herbs
Fry your onions in butter (or ghee (Clarified butter)), you can use oil but I prefer butter (or ghee (Clarified butter)) Add your cumin and dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) Add your crushed garlic Add your mushrooms (sliced), fry till soft (not too soft) Add your salt, pepper and mixed herbs (to taste)Pour in the milk, add 1 teaspoon of flour to thicken.
