500gr bhindi (lady fingers)250 gr leg mutton cubed½ teaspoon salt*1 teaspoon paprika*1/2 teaspoon dana,jeeroo*1 teaspoon ginger garlic*½ teaspoon tumeric*1/2onion*4 tablespoon oil1/4chopped tomatoe
METHOD
Wipe bhindi (lady fingers) with clean wet towel.Chop into 3 pcs each.Fry in oil .Keep aside.
Braise onion with cinnamon ,pepper .Add spices * to meat and braise in onion.Add water cook till tender.pp
When meat is done add tomatoe and braise. Add bhindi (lady fingers) over and steam for 15 minutes on low.Serve with roti.
