INGREDIENTS

2 cups sugar2 cups water¼ teaspoon cream of tar tar1 tablespoon vinegarRed or green coloring

METHOD

Boil above till it reaches 120⁰ on candy thermometer.
Wash and wipe apples. Put a skewer thru it.Spray parchment paper.
Dip apples in syrup cool.
