RECIPE

500g peanuts U can use ready made, I bought uncooked peanuts, roasted on 180 with half teaspoon salt and quarter cup water, stirring every 10 minutes until it crackles.
500g dark chocMeltedUse any chocolate u prefer
Add the peanuts into the chocolate and mix well.Place into mini cupcake cases and leave to set.
If you have a peanut allergy swop peanuts for 2 cups coconut.Add sprinkles for a funfetti cluster.
This is great for kids to make during the holidays to keep them busy😉
